Are you being technical? Are you trying to say that it doesnt become 25 hours in a day, so how is it an extra hour of sleep?

If you are, I'm wrong, you're right.
But for most people who knew what I was saying, one more hour of sleep.

Holy goat cheese. My right index finger is all dry and cracked on the joints. It smells like onions, that can't be good. I Know I'm going to wake up with yellow crusts all over it.

I am not being technical. I really want to know how we get an extra hour of sleep.

I know it doesn't become 25 hours in a day. Just wondering how we get an extra hour of sleep when we change to daylight saving or vice versa.

I mean, if I usually get 7 hours of sleep and now I still only get 7 hours of sleep regardless of time change, I am not getting any more sleep than I used to.

Anyhow, explain to me please, I want to know. I've always wondered when they said we get an hour of sleep.

I dunno man.
I looked at it in the sense that, if I go to bed at midnite everynite and wake up at 7, that's 7 hours. But since we had to put our clocks back an hour @ 2am. So if I went to bed that night, at 2am, it would become 1am again, so an extra hour would just pop-up.
