Strange. First I thought that it's maybe some kind of remastered version. Sounds a bit different though. The beat also is a bit different and that outro is new to me.

You really can't tell that this is just the one from The Sessions with some layered instrumentation?

Well it is. There are no "new vocals" in this mp3, whoever made it took the one we all had and added drums and maybe some more instrumentation to it.

Granted, it actually makes it a lot more listenable.

It also includes the Outlaw verses that were played in the Before I Wake dvd. They pieced it together, recreated the beat, and boom there you have wat they call is a studio version which in reality is not.
