To those of you that are running the show all information pertaining to the awards must pass through me first. Catagories for one must be approved by me, I also need to know how you will get your contenders for each catagory.

How long people can vote for these catagories, a date for when you are planning on starting the actual awards, prize ideas for the catagories etc.

Get to brainstorming you have a lot to do.

Yeah, I'd like to remember the categories from last year and then go from there. Get some feedback from the board about which categories to keep and which ones to get rid of. Also if some new ones should be added or not.
