This song is so legendary at this point and no, I'm not aware of a good quality leak. Heard numerous people having it and saying it doesn't sound as good as they had expected when they only had the poor quality leak. I'm still hoping for a new 2pac album and it's one of those songs I'm looking forward to the most though, apart from unheard ones.

It used to be like this with "Soon as I get home". We got a shitty album but it included an amazing quality, untouched OG of that song and it was so worth buying for me for it alone after only having a potato quality mix.

I really did think about 'Soon as I get home' when I heard about the back story to this song.

I remember when QD3 was also convinced that it was lost forever and he eventually found the track.

QD knew where the master was the entire time. He didn't want it remixed to shit like the other songs. He "found it" at the last minute deadline submission for Pac's Life, not giving them time to remix. That's why it's the only song on that album not remixed to shit.
