I did shed 2 tears but it was easy to blame that on my contacts. If anymore come I've run out of things to blame it on. I don't want to be the girl that cries at work...feel free to kick me while I'm down or try to cheer me up. I'll give you for real reps. kthx

Everyone is allowed one of these moments. It's harder to hold back tears than to just let them go. Take a second, go into a stall in the bathroom, cry until you get it all out.. Dry your tears, fix your make-up and then go get a snack from your eatery place at work to give your eyes time to un-puff.. then get back to work refreshed :)

Kick a random person in the groin. There may be some consequences to deal with later but damn, will you feel good!

Did you get fired? Ordered 5000 gallons of orange juice instead of Jet A?

It happens to all of us. Sometimes you just feel there's too much on your shoulders, and crying/tearing is the only way to relieve some of that pressure.

You can always find a secluded area, bathroom, empty office and cry.

To cheer you up...

Here's a cool dog.

As you may have concluded, he's cool.

The only thing between being happy or sad is the way you are feeling.

I suppose you think that is stupid but it's not.

If you really get to grips with what you are sad about you should understand that no problems are insurmountable. They usually just take one small thing you don't want to do to overcome them.

- Do it then you will no longer be sad or worry about it.

If not, I guess I'll smile for you to bring you sunshine!!

I cried and now I have a headache and I'm just kind of mad. Aren't there stages of grief? I'd like to get through them as quickly as possible.

thanx guys:embarresd:

I get headaches when I cry also. The mad part I dunno, I get pooped, and fall asleep.
