Scandinavia has the best living standards I think...

Where would you wanna live then? Pick anywhere
Living standards, sure. I'd still prefer living somewhere that doesn't have a 7-month winter, extremely high taxes and nonexisting nightlife. Holland seems pretty cool.

the only people in the world that hate canada, and canadians, are americans, but only cuz ther jealous that everyone loves us and hate them
No, it's more like sibling rivalry. Canada is like our little brother.

Well Kami you are right in the sense that's it's fucking useless to argue about this. However I love Mexico, My country is full of culture and life is unlike any other place on the whole wide world, I can say that for a fact. But yeah every country has their pros and cons, and we should always thrive to co-exist. However, you can't really expect nobody to argue about which country is best because most likely is the pride that drives them to get involved in little talks about who's #1. When people are really wrong is when they ride the bandwagon and hate on a country because they think it's cool to do so.

"I was amazed to realize that we're the only country that tells the rest of the world, at a nearly constant basis that we're the greatest country on the earth, and thats alittle fucking obnoxious, and I know it obnoxious because if you were in an office and someone came in everyday and said "I'M THE GREATEST FUCKER HERE, AND YOU SNIVILING SHITS WOULD DIE WITHOUT ME AAHAHAH!", i can guarentee that by the end of the week you would've killed him, and eatened him, just to try to posses his power.

The amazing thing is that there are people who haven't left this country who talk about the fact that we are the greatest country on the earth, how FUCKING dumb is that?! Cus you don't know, if you haven't left you don't know. There could be countries out there that are giving shit away. Canada's one of those countries, you know what they're giving away? HEALTH INSURANCE!!"

As only 30% of Americans have passports... I don't think your TV based judgement counts.

I prefer the UK at the moment. Well.... London anyway, the rest of the UK isn't great. But I may move to Oz or Nz soon becuase as much as I hate to admit it the shit immigration laws in the UK are starting to bug me.

And I do admit I love certain parts of the US. Frisco, New York, Miami. The only problem was too many Americans.

People sharing a culture will often show the same character traits. Different countries have different cultures so you get 'typical' people that represent a country, such as Americans thinking their country is the greatest thing in the world despite not knowing jack shit about other countries or Canadians that take a lot offense to anti-Canadian remarks from Americans because Canada is America's retarded cousin.
It all comes down to personal preference and blind patriotism and hatred. Does anyone on this board really give a fuck though?

In conclusion, patriotism is retarded. Oh, and your country sucks.

I live in one of the largest cities in the country, sure there's clubs and stuff but it's nothing compared to when you go outside of Scandinavia.

" Ahh the british are such sore loosers"

"Why's that?"

" A lil thing called the American reveloution my friend". lol that line jus stuck out in my head with this thread.

From that movie with Owen Wilson an Jackie Chan, Owen Wilson keeps bagg'n on the brits every 2 minutes. I Really dont give a rats ass, America is nice but i dont think its the greatest, I've been to other countries that have just about the same freedoms but way better economies. An Germany was pretty nice, ya just had that one guy with the goofy mustache that gave ya a bad rep for awhile:p *an yes i know his name*

A place is only as good as you make it.

You work hard, you save money, you stay to yourself and family and you can live comfortably regardless where you are. Well besides war-torn countries. But the surroundings shouldn't matter, it's not where you're from.. though it does matter. It's where you are at and the story of how you got there.

peace.

"...then again, you have your Chronic's and Rizzle's" - Uncle Traz speaking on there being a diamond in the rough every once in awhile. But as a whole, down with Europe.

I love living here, I couldnt imagine wanting to live anywhere else but it doesnt mean Australia is the greatest. Alot of people need to beat down other countries to make them feel better about where they live, it is stupid.
