Just to make it short and if i'm right.
Ice and the WC only started to diss east coast rapper with Bow down which was way after the suppose east-west beef. Pac was mad at Cube because he wanted him (Cube) to do it early while he (Pac) was in jail. It was in an interview and not in a song I think.

Not exactly. Pac's argument was that when he got out jail, that's what the tension really arose since he was pretty much the one to set it off on wax. What Pac was upset with was that only months after Pac took on the role as a "West Coast ridah" did Westside Connection drop Bow Down. He was saying that they did it only because he did it first and the formula worked, it bugged him because in his opinion they were riding on his coattails and on the success of the West Coast at that moment in hip-hop rather than starting the trend while he was still incarcerated since that's when a lot of the East Coast cats were talking down on West Coast rap.
Yeah well pacs pissed off at cube for comming out with Bow down an representing the westcoast, then he's pissed at snoop for saying he dont have a problem with the eastcoast folks! seems kinda fucked up to me.
I wonder what month Bowdown was releasd anywayz? think il go and try and find out. Anywayz i think at the end of pacs life he really was loosing the plot. I also think a lot of his friends could see all his anger was gonna end in tears.
