nah it's some uberfag mixing his ultra-lame, low quality vocals onto 2pac songs and ripping off idiots who are dumb enough to fall for it (which I thought was impossible but I overestimated the human kind and its intelligence). So you can buy a cd full of random 2pac songs with an unbelievably shitty line of his added in a random place to each.
