What happened to (Mi-)'Chell', Pac's singer from London to be signed by him ?

she was not only with at Pac's house with Pac's family on Pac's birthday 1996, she also sung and recorded for Pac for the Gridlock's SDK, Pac says in the behind-the-scenes interview (she said she hoped her album to be out til the end of 1996 even). But on the retail OST, however, she can not be found, right? Is it because Suge and Death Row couldnt negotiate wit her ? WHat happened to her in the years after ? She sung really good in Pac's house, excellent acapella voice. How is she spelled ? 'Chell'. Has she come out in the UK ?

...isnt it possible this is the same woman performing 'Life Is A Traffic Jam' under the name "Eight Mile Road" because she has an Britsih UK accent. would make sense then. Any info, sum1 2 confirm?
