I don't support AIDS research. So I haven't clicked

edit... well I do to an extent, but there are a hundered and one causes that are more be-fitting for dollars. Out of protest I do my utmost to refuse aids research dollars!

Why don't you start a charity then?

Assuming that's true you'd still only be right in not clicking the link if it would result in money being taken from another charity. But that's not the case and your "rebellion" isn't doing anything at all.

To summize:

By clicking it you're aiding the battle against AIDS
By not clicking it you're not accomplishing anything at all.

So ... congratulations?

I can understand that people would prefer their own money to go to certain charities over others... but in this case it isnt your money. And how could you not support research into a deadly disease?! Thats odd.

Spare me the bleeding heart!

Aids is a disease only caught by people pursuing hedonistic lifestyles. Either shooting drugs or sleeping around with prostitutes and other numerous partners. I dread the day there is a pill like the morning after pill, which people can take to protect themsevles from catching HIV. I don't support that future

The children that are born with aids? Well, we are the ones who are to be the safeguarders of them. We destroy the planet with no thought to the difficulties the children will face. i.e we owe gratitude to the people who have done all these things in the past from which we benefit now, like penicilin and stuff, we repay this gratitude by keeping society and the world we live in - healthy. We make sure children aren;t born with HIV by making sure we are not put in a situation where we are at risk from catching aids.

Inevitably, it isn't going to be perfect, but that's the tribulation of life.

Whether it's my money or not, it's still oxygen to the cause. A cause I don't support. This is the cure to aids.

I do support education
