The official "What Did 2Pac Mean?" thread!

#1
This thread is designed as a place for people to post questions regarding the meaning of Tupac's lyrics (either 'deeply' or just not understanding a certain slang phrase.

I'll kick it off by asking what the phrase "Here go the motherfuckin' fetty" means, said in the outro to Out on Bail. What is fetty? Sorry if it's common, English is not my first language, I'm not so good with slang.

My turn...
What Did Tupac mean when he said...

"expect me like u expect Jesus to come back, expect me, Imcomin"

Probably refering to after the 94 shooting, and his Jail bid.

Hmm..confetti makes like verbal sense, but I don't think that fits in the context with the song. I dunno though.

As for your question, I believe he meant his comeback to 'the game' after being shot, jailed and returning as 'Makaveli'.

Regarding the thing from Heartz of Men, I guess Pac, Suge, and Quik are probably supposed to be chilling, watching their enemies from a distance, and right after Pac says "Let me see the binoculars" you can hear a bomb-like sound, so imagine a warzone or something.

what does pac mean when he says "my only fear of death is coming back reincarnated" -only god can judge me. is that like on some religious level or what?
I thought he was saying that Life is so bad that its better to be dead instead of coming back.
