Yeah I remember seeing this a few weeks ago. A real moron. Apparently UCLA told her to issue an apology to the Asian community and she did in their respective newspaper. She also transferred to another university.
Studying? Library? America is seriously going downhill if universities there accept people like her. She should shut up and be happy that nobody found out how stupid she was and that way she'd maybe even graduate. But no, she'd rather brag about it.
If it were funny it'd be less offensive. But to be funny you've got to actually make a joke, and she just goes "ching chong ching chong." Bad parody = more offensive than hating on Asians. I'll bet they are pretty darn loud in that there library.
