Interesting... but... isn't Bleeding a Process not an Act?
OK I can see it being an Act as far as Tupac is the character in his songs and he just telling numerous stories in most of which he gets shot, or is contemplating suicide, or is out to kill someone else.
To me this just sounds like Tupac is playing the wind, leaving his life in the LORDS hands.
Bleeding I see also as a metaphor for pain.
