If you could bring back something from the 80's to the year 2007, what would it be? It can be anything...

I'd bring back 80's music, not just the flavour of the 80's music but litterally 80's music, back from the ground up and start the trend all over again and see what happends from there...

Here's an image to help you brainstorm:

Here's your chance to bid on a Cramps Poison Ivy T-Shirt from the 80's for all you hardcore 80's fans, available on Ebay for a limited time only...and no im not a spokesperson from ebay...

Nothing. I believe that the 80s is a phase that we HAD to go through in order to be where we are now. It was a shit decade with shit music, shit clothes and shit looking equipment.

i see what ur saying..but it was great for what they had back then...right now its crap...and we'd be in a technological crises..and the whole world would probably slow down....but 80's music is best to my ears..aside from pac that is..

80's rocked. fuck you if you disagree. The 80's was the shiznit.

And Rahim - my cousin just bought a C64 for the soundchip and hooked it up via MIDI to get all those old skool synth sounds.

80's music was shit? Wtf, that was the best decade for music I think. Cartoons were brilliant, and the video games are classic.

I'd bring back Spandau Ballet though, best band ever.

i'll take a guess an say you were born in 91. 80's was a great time to live in. (A phase?? i dont think so. better cartoons, the cost of living was cheaper. better music).

if i could bring something from the 80s. i would bring cheaper Gas Prices. :thumb: :thumb: .70 cents a gallon, way better than $ 3.16 a gallon.

The 80s was one sick ass decade. I say 80's revival is on the cards. Definately music wise as electro is getting big again, excellent.

/\ awesome, you bought a DX7? Sweeeeeeeeeet. how much did you get that for?
$270 CDN i went to the guys place to pick it up and it turns out he works for this recording company..and hes in the processs of turning his garage into a studio....he also restores vinatage pianos and does all this crazy stuff....he had alot of keyboards on him around the same price....but i just happend to want that dx7 cause i read about on the net (after doing a lot of research)..and how the synths were used in a lot of love ballads...and how popular it was in the 80's..around 83.....

i told him i'd call him back..but i forgot to get his contact lol but this was months ago.....damn..oh well...
