OK then I was right with my comment I dont see what you didnt understand. Im 20 and I dont plan on stopping for good any time soon. I've been smoking since I was 12. Ive stopped off/on but the longest was about 6 months maybe a bit more. Anyways, I don't see how it's not a "grown man" thing. Plenty of grown men smoke weed...are you insinuating that dont make them real men? Maybe weed's not for you, but that don't mean it's a "childish" thing.

that a good reason as any to quit. thats why i eventually stopped moving and smokin it when my parents found out it put a dent in our relationship and the weed game wasnt fun no more.

How do you know if you overcame something for good if you're still alive? How do you know you aint gunna encounter some shit down the road thats gunna push you over the edge...and make U smoke again. Once again - the use of weed is all situational, its different for each person. This has been said time and time again - its for some and its not for some. Ya'll feel ur better off without it, good 4 u. Some people feel better off with it [more creative, happier, etc]. Personally I love being high all the time - maybe thats just me and my mentality. I still firmly believe God put this herb on the planet 4 a reason, so Im takin full advantage of that until He personally tells me that shit aint coo.

i agree with that. sometimes i got very fuckin creative. im not going to lie i started writing my screenplay when high. i got the first thought that sparked the idea to write a screenplay.
God put alot of things into this world dont be ignorant and dont use God as an excuse for this.

No what I was saying is how do you know you put it behind you for good? I've said that plenty of times with shit and went back to it at a later date. Plain & simple - no you really dont know if you've FULLY overcome something until you're dead. You can think you have and say you have, but you don't know if you'll revert back to it in the future. And I never said it's a good thing to turn to when shit gets bad - I was using that as an example because thats what happens in some cases. People say their done with weed [4 instance] and down the road lets say they witness their entire family get shot down and butchered - instead of killing theirself they just smoke weed all day and get on with life. Totally fictional/hypothetical, but U get what I was trying to say [hopefully]. I aint talking about "right" or "wrong," Im talking about life - which is krazy and unpredictable.

I ain't using God as an excuse for anything - I dont have excuses, I have reasons and personal beliefs for the actions I do. From my perspective, Weed is Good. Its beneficial to the human psyche if used properly, this is why I say God put it here for me to use.

i understand what you're saying and i guess its not unheard of. but whenever you do put something behind you its best to keep a positive attitude about it and be strong minded enough to keep it back. but ya, there is that chance that you may go back to it. but if you have a problem, like if your whole family gets butchered, its better to face it with a clean mind so you'll get over it faster.

If God thought that being high was beneficial to our psyche he would have put us on this already high. but like i said, weed helped me start my screenplay which i wouldnt have even made if not for weed. and like you said, it helps you write rhymes. it gives you a boost in creativity and i agree that God did put the marijuana plant here for a reason. but the weed you are smoking is not directly from that plant as i assume you are smokin hydro which i could be wrong cuz im not sure. hydro fucks your brain. i know people who are slow as fuck after smoking years of hydro.
tru, but if someone needs to smoke crack, murder, rape, etc. are in need of saving. they do these things cuz of a deeper reason and that they have a problem. yes, i dont doubt for a second that these people feel right after taking these paths but like i said before it doesnt mean their right even if it gives them peace. its scapegoat for something else they are runnin from mentally. theres alot of paths. their the wrong one then there is the right one. if murder feels like the right path for someone by all means they should take it but not only is it not going to solve their problems its going to make their problems worse.
