Man, I went to t-mobile to get a Sidekick a few days ago. I guess I don't have enough credit (no, not bad credit) to get it with the plan I want, yet I see all these little kids running around with phones and shit.. and I work full fucking time and pay on a car. lol..

^Man, t-mobiles, prepaid shit sucks ass. You have to pay 100 dollars just for the pre-paid kit. Gay.

I think I have a sidekick2 somewhere around my apt, if your interested. Slightly used. Slightly dropped. Still works.

You can get a prepaid Sidekick kit for $50.00. You simply request it instead of the $100.00 kit. The 100.00 kit just gives you data right off the bat. If you get the $50.00 kit all you have to do is call t-mobile customer service and request the data to be turned on. It's that simple and does not violate any terms of service. The $100.00 kit is simply a way for T-Mobile to rip off unsuspecting customers.

Nevertheless, Sofi, the Cingular (HTC) 8125 and the PPC 6700 (available on Verizon and Sprint) are the best PDA's in US market. The PPC 6700 is faster and the 8125 is more appealing to the eyes and is smaller. I suggest testing both out.

Thanks, Eric. I appreciate your help.

Also, the reason for the Euros is because I would be getting the phone from Holland.

Anybody know about the European phone market and whethere these aforementioned phones are on the market there?

This explains why you drool over the iPhone, Peter. Your constant bashing over current technology outside of computers shows you know nothing about what's going on from HDTV's to cell phone technology.

Your comment 'do not get a big ass phone' seems to be why you have a distaste in PDA's. Who wouldn't enjoy a touch-screen phone?

Anyway, about the n73--not impressive. It's a camera that just happens to be a phone. It clearly has the best camera for a cell phone on the US market and has a fun interface, but that's where it ends. It's a very slow phone and switching from program to program makes it runs slower. The processor is weak. I would give it it's props if it was faster. Even then, I still wouldn't brag about it. It has no qwerty keyboard and it's not wi-fi capable.

I have an uncle there who's willing to buy me a phone. I will not spend any money personally.
