That makes it even worse when things like this have been thought out and discussed years ago, and even a 4.5 million dollar early storm warning system out in place, and still so many people died. There is nothing they could really do to avoid it, the real problem was the emergency response or lack thereof, and the slow response by federal government combined with disorganization.

Let's hope they learn from this...
