Basically I was in the yahoo chat the other day when Eric was playing NES games sounds over the voice chat. I started doing the same thing with Mega Drive/Genesis games.

Then I said to Gotti that I wanted to do it with SNES games but My SNES emulator wouldnt run in a window so I couldn't. He then sent me a link to another SNES emulator.

While it was downloading, me and Gotti had a conversation about how the Mega Drive/Genesis emulator kicks ass because it has Netplay and I used to play Streets of Rage and Toejam and Earl with my cousin over the net all the time.

Then we discovered that the 'new' SNES emulator also had netplay. I sent Gotti the ROM of Mario Kart and we tried to set it up, but couldnt get it to work. Then we read the release notes and it said they had disabled the netplay feature on this emulator becuz it didn't work properly.

there's your explanation.

okay mike, two things.

1) source is for pansies. 1.6 is what the ogs play.
2) you will not get it to work without a legit cd-key. valve's steam system has been around for a while and is pretty secure. your only way out without buying a retail copy of half-life is to either steal a cd-key or find a way to generate one that gets authenticated by valve's servers when you log into your steam account.

don't wanna be an ass just don't want you to get your hopes up :)

You wont get it online without a Steam Account, for which you need a unique cd key.

(I have 250HP because the server runs RPGMOD)

I also admin a server with friends so Im sure we could set up something.

As for Mario Kart, If some actually signs on the yahoo I can try and set it up.
