wtf, child abduction? wow, that girl is a fucking whore, the guy shouldnt of gotten shit. But at the same time we all werent there and didnt know what really happened. So it could of been worse than what the guy said it was, and sorry if i was a man who almost ran over a girl, and had to swerve out of the way, id be fucking pissed too. although i wouldnt touch her, but she probably tried to run away which is why he grabbed her. i dont think he came out of nowhere and grabbed her arm. but who knows

And where are any mitigating factors which caused the judge to consider this a sex crime? Any witnesses see her almost get hit? We might not be getting the whole story.

Anyway, maybe the guy deserves an assault-type charge. The incident was over, he chose to escalate a minor incident into a physical altercation. Due to the fact that his victim was an underage female, I could see a couple of years probation at the most and some anger management. But sex offender?
I wonder if this guy hired the worst lawyer in the entire state or maybe we aren't getting the whole story...not that the media ever gets it wrong. I wonder if the guy was black, and the girl white? I wonder if this guy has a donation fund for his legal bills, cause this needs to be overturned.

It's actually relevant in this case since as far as i know, only US law will label you a sex offender if you grab a girl's arm.
