Non-Urban Music Madonna - Human Nature - explicit

I have just come across the explicit version of this track. I never knew it existed. I am somewhat annoyed and wondering as to why this version isn't on the greatest hits CD. I've read her biography, listened to numerous cd's and seen her videos on mtv, but I have never heard this before. is there any hardcore Madonna fans in here that can shed some light on this?

Because the record label needed a radio-friendly version in order to release it as a single, which is what Madonna wanted. No mystery here.
