He's waiting for someone to blame this on Bush?
Well he did cut funding to try rebuild the levee's last year. But how can we blame him and congress when they are on vacation.
Please, people need to stop acting like every single person out there is armed up and shooting at every personel they see. These people are going on 3 days with nothing. Don't even try to say what any of them are doing is wrong, you would have no idea what to do, how to act, or where to look for help when you are helpless like them.

The real driving force for the difference between New Orleans and other parts of the devastated area is entitlement.
You have a much larger percentage of the citizens of NO who are living off "the Dole" and people who suck off other people will always take advantage of their neighbors in this kind of situation.
The fact that they are largely black has nothing to do with their race, other then the fact that the leftist hustlers who have spread the disease of Socialism and Entitlement across this country have been very effective at targeting black communities.
