Already got it.

Tragedy Khadafi is a rap veteran - to the extent that he used to roll with the Juice Crew back in the 80s.

He released his debut album, Intelligent Hoodlum, in 1990.

The dude recently completed a 'supergroup' album with Killah Priest, Hell Razah, Timbo King & William Cooper who are calling themselves Black Market Militia.
