Ive been CafePress.com'ing and it took Afeni less than 12 hours to sue me over the use of Tupac's face on a T-shirt.

Answer me this, how can someone get away with putting Bush's face on a shirt, putting the Pope's face on a shirt, but not Tupac's? How the hell can Afeni copywrite someones face?

now i can understand why 2pac's father left him...afeni is such a turn off...if eminem posted the shirt she'd promote it with fiddy on it with his fingers pointed at you :eek:

did her lawyer call your or something? well u are selling something (merchandise) that has to do with her sons image. basically making money off of his legacy...so some twisted way i guess she can do that, even though his face nor tupac are copyrighted, or are they?

well its the same thing with Dale Earnhardt Sr. (for those that don't know, a very popular Nascar race car driver). The family owns the rights to everything on him from his number to his face to his drivers suit. Everything. I would expect its like that on alot of popular dead people. ie Elvis, James Dean, M. Monroe. Its just another way they make money off the dead. Is it right no, is it ok that they do that, well i guess it is in some way as if they didn't protect them then every tom, dick and harry would be making money off them.

it also doesnt help to sell 2pac items on the same site she sells her tasteless junk...not only does she against free 2pac but shes also against free enterprising :eek:

Are you sure you're knowledgable enough of copyright laws? Maybe, she does have grounds to sue.

hey it sucks but look at something positive now maybe shell see the shirt go to the site and see how pacs real fanbase is reacting to the garbage she put out
