erm, i think you'll find there are different degrees of "ghettos"... I think you'll find they have existed and even though the government deny it still do exist... Take manchester and greater manchester for instance... The Moss side riots in 1990's. Black people lost their minds because they were made to live in deprived shitty council estates on the outskirts of the city centre by manchester city council!... People actually got killed and shit in the riots!... The oldham riots, when muslims followed suit almost 10years on... this time over racism. These people today still live in ex mill house estates.... You know with the big lines of terraced houses... Due to social pressure, asians found it safer to all live in one area, so they wouldnt suffer from racsim!... these people come straight from places in the 3rd world, who have no jobs and shit... So yes, even though tony blair denys it, forms of ghettos do exist in Britain!.... But not to the extent as the shanty towns in south america, india and other poor countries!

if you have food in your stomach, have nice clothes, live in a decent home, have a computer, you my friend are not from the "Ghetto", you dont live it, you aint seen it(except on tv), and you are not in it.
