I shower and shower some more, but I still stink.

What the hell am I supposed to do when I rub, rub, and rub myself with a soap bar and still stink? I can't take this anymore.

I go to public places, and I start to smell again.

I need advice.

You guys are probably going to say "Buy.....," but nothing helps.

Another thing...how do you know when you stink in public? You can't really start smelling yourself infront of everyone, and sometimes, you think you may not smell, but you really do.

:(

(i can ask this on the Internet, because I know you guys won't make fun of me)

Maybe its the clothes you wear. Are they fresh/clean?

And what kinda smell is it? Musty? Ass? Feet?

Try takin a bath, letting your body soak for a hour or so.

I wash my clothing every week, and clothes don't create BO (body odor). What I smell from is BO.

most likely, it comes from what you would eat, so check out your diet. Clean it up a bit, eat some fruits and vegetables for a while. Just add it into your diet and see what happens.

and yes, you are gonna have to buy this, Axe or Noxema Body Wash. Use that after using soap and let it sit for about 5 minutes, then rinse. You should be able to smell that all day long.

Like people have said earlier, what you eat has a big effect..Curry like Jokerman said, and also Chilli is a big perpetrator.
I think garlic is pretty bad too... seems to hang around - seeping through the pores. Drinking more water may help, just to cleanse and dilute any toxins that may be in your system.
