I am pretty sure that these people could actually sue TS unless TS clearly stated that the VIP membership could be voided at any time as a result of anything. If I am not mistaken, TS did not make this warning clear.

Therefore, the owners of TS, if all is in the right place, liable for a lawsuit. You could say "its only 10 bucks." Hey, I wouldn't care, but others may want to sue.
