it's funny to me how the point of what i said went right over your head. so what if you think your bringing a child into the world is more important than her quitting her job, the point is it's pretty damn hypocritical to call someone out for posting things about their lives, no matter how insignificant you think it is, when you have done the same thing.
you speak falsehood, my canadian street hopper. my hypocracy is nonexistant because i post somewhere on this forum (usually in life... hint hint hint) at least every other day - and usually what i post is factual information or thoughts designed to spark ideas and a deeper understanding of things that may have been glossed over superficially. i do not plea for attention and affection. wise man once say, "eye yam whut eye yam." one should be grounded enough in oneself that they are able to make life decisions with the confidence not to require external validations from persons they will never meet in life. for all she knows, i could say, "screw them, syn. buck the system. screw the man," (which is what she wants to hear) while masturbating.
because you, sir, have missed the point - allow me to hammer you over your head with it. i ask the board for quality in their posts. the internet doesn't need more "this is what i did today" threads. everyone on the freaking planet has a blog, yet no one cares. clear?

so you're bringing a child into the world. congrats. you did something any idiot with a dick and a few sperm cells can do. does that make your thread more important or interesting? what makes you think that people care if you're having a kid or not?
i can make comments about how not everyone can do such a thing because some people need to cross country boundaries to try to get laid. god, think of the logistical nightmare. nay, i shall not go there.
yes, canadian, i did post that one instance of my real life. i am glad it was so memorable for you. you see, the difference is that (as alluded to previously) i do not ramble on and on blathering about my own life. i am here for discussions of interests, not all that is me. quality, my canadian street hopper. quality. i have changed jobs, completed an advanced degree, moved into a very nice community, and many other things within the past year, but alas i do not make threads about them because these experiences are PART OF BEING A HUMAN BEING. thanks for trying to make me look stupid, but i'm afraid it doesn't suit me well.
i won't bother posting again. i think even a complete moron can see the light here. trish, the thread is yours again. enjoy the love.
