How did the unreleased tracks leak???

Suge was in jail in late 1996 throughout about 1999. He had no income....other than royalties from All Eyez On Me, Makaveli & Doggfather. (And other PAST albums...Dogg Food, Doggystyle, Murder Was The Case, Above The Rim, Gang Related. Nate Dogg, Death Row greatest Hits)
Suge Knight and Afeni Shakur went to court over the rights to 2pac's music sometime in 1997. Court ruled that they were propery of Afeni, and Suge could only release songs LEGALLy with her permission.
Kinda funny how they leaked right after Suge lost in court.
I think Suge figured that
A) I'm in Jail, No Job, No Money.
B) I cant release 2pac albums without Afensi permission (Still I Rise 1999)
C) No one else on my label is going to release an album
How can I make money "under the table" without the IRS knowing.
Sell 2pac's music to bootleggers.
If you guys pay for $1,000 for a song, imagine what the dealer pays, probably 5,000. Then he leaks 100 songs that's 500,00!
I believe that Suge was responsible for the Makaveli Bootlegs in 1998.
All other DeathRow leaks since were various srouces...E-40, Daz, Kurupt, Crooked I, Snoop, Dre, etc.
I dont think Suge had access to the early recordings...Interscope vaults. Perhaps the RUSD masters were brought to DeathRow to be remixed. Then Suge leaked those too.
But i believe that there was a leak at Interscope and that the 1998 Bootlegs were a dealer who got ahold of Suges leaks and Interscopes leaks and combined them.
If Suge leaked them, they wouldve been through the California Circuit, ie Bloods. Therefore, they wouldnt reach the East Coast unless someone else got hooked up inbetween (Ie Interscope leakers).
The way they get to Japan, Australia, UK, etc. is through the Internet. Downloads and EBAY Bootlegs.

suge never did and never would leak out tracks because:
a) the royalties you so quickly glossed over are from classic death row material that is owned independently, and generate tens of millions per year for death row. people are STILL buying the chronic, doggystyle, and all eyez on me. why do you think death row can still maintain the reputation it has without ever having a successful new artist on its roster for years?
b) if you believe suge would sell bootlegs you're insane. again, suge is about money flow, and being so short sighted as to sell a cd for 5 grand whereas even with amaru chopping it up like they did to uteot you're still talking about millions earned. if you believe suge would bootleg his own artists' material, then you have another thing coming. moreover, when you're dealing with million dollar generating businesses, your black and white conceptualization of "broke vs rich" is completely off the mark. remember when donald trump was dead broke and owed millions? he was still living in trump tower and living a lavish livestyle. people who are in a position to generate mass amounts of money are never broke by common standards in that they will always have investors willing to risk funds to have a piece of the money making machine. this is a pointless dialogue anyway since suge was never "broke" as you put it following the start of death row.
as for suge "not having access to old material" perhaps you can explain the presence of pre-death row tracks on death row's greatest hits. yes sir, wrong again.
finally, as for your insinuation that gangs had involvement (you're starting to sound like westafrica here) you're again tremendously off base. the bootlegs actaully STARTED in new york long before 1996. chicago was huge in 1996, and the west coast and the rest of the states got wind of the whole scene right at the beginning of 1997.
