Silleone i completely agree with both your points but i think you misinterpreted me on both.
A person on this board (not mentioning names) said something very racist towards asian people but later said that he wasn't racist because he listens to pac. I was just making a statement on how people think just because they don't hate one particular race makes them racist free. And that wasn't my point, in my opinion pac was a homophobe himself and that's one thing that i really did hate about it, he talked about equal rights and whatever whilst he used to hate gays.
And yes Nazi is different from homophobia to a great extent, but realise that todays ignorant young teens who respect nazi movements and try to follow it are misedcuated people who really don't know much about the actual nazi's nor the way it operated.
I was perusing through the beautiful man thread and the thread where the dude thinks he's mate's gay and i was disgusted and revolted at peoples attitudes towards things. A family friend of ours fessed up that he was gay and his father disowned him, he was left in the streets to die and even when he came to my house to sleep over for a few nights, my parents were upset and revolted. He ended up moving out because of my parents pressure and finding a house which really upset me and just recently has been able to pick his life back up and do what he loves most. But because of his father and my parents attitude he has been set back 7-8 years in his life.
I admit that i've gone to gay clubs and i had the time of my life. They take care of their own because most of them were abused and teased during adolscent years so they can relate with eachother. Many people think that queers try and convert straight people, they simply could not care less.
Try and talk to them and see how nice they are. people are quick to judge, that's all.

Honestly, they should get rid of their flag. Should black, white and yellow ppl get a flag? No right, then why should the homosexual community?
Ah yeah, lastly that stinkin' gay parade they have in some cities every year. I don't need to see them half naked rubbing themselves against other men. Keep in mind kids walk down the street too, if you censore porn and naked women, they should at least lose the 'flamboyancy' in that gay parade.

I aint ever met a gay person in my life but if i ever met one i would have no problem talking to them or even being friends with them.
You might see some of my post where i make a comment dissing gay people but i dont hate them, i just make jokes and although they offend they are just jokes.
btw, thats some fucked up shit that happend to your friend but in all honesty, if i was a father and my kid told me he/she was gay, id prolly dissown them to.
I know the bible clearly states that its man and woman. But think about it, is it right for people to use the bible as a justification for hate? Thats not the bible's message. It's the same with the KKK. They use the bible as a justification of hate against any race except white. These people that hate also go beyond what the bible says and twist the scriptures to fit their agenda.
Personally I believe the lifestyle is incorrect, but some people are that way and I can't tell them to change just because I don't see it as being correct.

Well, if that's the doctrine you choose to live your life by then I would say yes.
The only thing is, there are few who adhere to every word - admittedly hard given contradictions - & thus, the vast majority of Christians don't live their life by this doctrine & should try forming a rational opinion.

I think that it's only normal for some people to want to promote it etc. keeping in mind that homosexuals were discriminated against for so long. Same with 'Black Power'. They want to show they're proud of what they are because others said the opposite. Do you have a problem with those people kenneth? Of course there's the one that take it too far. But hey, people suck.
I don't have any problem with homosexuals but I dislike the very faggy behaviour (ie Jack in Will & Grace) and I don't understand the drag queen thing. (Although I guess they just want to have fun and there's no real harm in their behaviour).

Personally, I don't have a problem with gay people. I know ALOT of em, even have a few in my family and they don't bother me one bit. I, myself, don't think that's the way it was meant to be by God but they can't help it, it's just they way they are. The homosexuals that are truly homosexual and not just "on the bandwagon" were born that way in my opinion, but that's a whole 'nother topic, so they can't help the way they are. As far as straight people worrying about a gay person hitting on them, almost never happens. They know whether another person is gay or not and 9/10 times they won't hit on a straight person.

To me a homophobe is no different than someone in the KKK. But then again i believe they were born gay.
