whoa.. thats fucked up. seriously how can you be that fucked up to do that to another person. first raping an 8 y.o., the kid doesnt even have fuckin boobs. 2nd raping someone when you know you have aids
If you inject it into them against their will then yeah. Or if they are unaware you have aids and think the needle is safe and you don't tell them.
It's a little bit of a different situation though as you are both being negligent to your bodies so i think you could only really be convicted if it was forced.
that doesnt matter, if you knowingly infect someone with aids you basically have just given them a death sentence. there is a law stating this, look it up :thumb:

A judge ruled Monday that a man who has tested positive for HIV must stand trial on first-degree murder charges in the deaths of two women he allegedly infected through unprotected sex.
Aziga is also accused of endangering the lives of 11 other women with whom he allegedly had sex. Those women are alleged to be victims of aggravated sexual assault because authorities believe they didn't know they were having unprotected sex with an HIV-positive person.
The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that one partner cannot give true consent if the other fails to disclose an HIV infection.
So the Mens Rea comes from him knowing but not telling them he was HIV. There is a more solid precedent from the UK but i can't find the information on it.
