Halloween Costume Help!!!

So it's not for another month but it is important that I have the best one at this party I'll be at. Not only will it be a Halloween Party but it is also my birthday party so I need the best costume. I'm goin for something funny. I got a few ideas but some are too hard to actually make or whatever so help me out.

Don't go with the pimp outfit. It's not cool anymore. I don't know what you can dress up as, but gay outfits always work. Dress up as the faggiest person.
