Finding Lost Friends

Has anybody here ever try to find, or found a lost friend at one point in their life?

If so how? I'm currently trying to search for a few people and I need a good place to start. Does anybody know any good sites to start from, I'm talking about sites which cover more than just the U.S or Canada, rest of the world would be better. :thumb:

I have but more through bumping into them at shops, basketball etc so I cant really give you any sites.. Good luck though.

check the various whitepages sites.if you dont find them,you can search for the same last name and call those,you might be lucky and find a family member who can provide you with further information.

^ I would but that would be no use, these people do not live in the U.S or Canada...90% sure.

I actually found a few people I knew but lost contact with at, yes myspace.com. All I did was check my High school and then narrowed it down to certain ages. Found 'em in no time.

Yeah, I was able to find a few friends from back in LA... hadn't spoken to in about a decade on myspace.com ... I just put my old school's name, and a list of people came up... and I was able to recognize a few by their names and their personal information... and it actually turned out to be them.

Yeah i tried Myspace too, but it's alot harder man, these people are from Mexico...

I think as useful as webpages that allows you to find people are, it's a scary thought to. I mean if you are on the net alittle bit like we all are, anyone can most likely find you. Whether you have a choice in it or not, some weird ass person can track ya down.

no seriously i dont know if i meet old friends it just happens. thats how destiniy works for me. i'm not forcing anything.

I recently got in touch with a guy I knew when I was born til I was like 5 .. he lived next door to me but I moved away so we lost contact. But we only really got talking again cos of friends.
