you're making a thread and your typing a shit load, your nearly done. and then you cursor is no longer in the text box and you press backspace and the page goes back, only for you to lose EVERYTHING you typed.
I was making a thread for Don't Stop the Music and it was long, and by long i mean REAL long .
Since i was doing like 8 things at once, i went on another program, came back to my thread, realised i had made a mistake and pressed backspace. Seeing the page go back was heart shattering, in my state of shock i started praying that by pressing forward it would all just be there (false hope, even i knew it won't). It wasn't there.

Oh so so so so frustrating.

It was gonna be a kick ass thread as well.

Moral of the story: Use a word processor for long threads otherwise be prepared for the risk of everything fucking up.

If you're using Firefox (which you should be) you can get the Quick Note extension so you can type in that rather than having to open up Word/Notepad/whuteva.

Yes that has happened to me quite a few times in the past when im typing long ass posts and its excessive annoyance is really bothersome, but I have learned to just right click and copy after every few sentences I type

i say we have everybody make a thread in letter to the president bitching out rukas about this "bug" in the system and continue to make them until it's fixed even though he's replied to everyone and said that it's not his problem, it's microsofts, but we'll continue to bother the admins b/c we're dumbasses who think they have nothing better to do with there lives than go through all the code so you can change your profession in your profile
