It seems this report I did on E has some use.

Yes, while on E it is difficult to gain and maintain an erection as blood flow is given more to the limbs. The effect is often reffered to as "Pilly Willy". Being on E can also cause difficulty urinating.

These days where i come from you can pick up an E for £2, but the quality is suppossed to be pathetic.
