Anyone got any home remedies for depression ?? Been feeling kinda shit lately , worrying im going to fail in school , not get into uni ... etc. Anyone got any ideas how to lighten myself up, tried drinking a bit , but that just made me feel worse , plus i just feel worse drinking by myself.

I read this on the newspaper like 3 years ago, and it said playing ACTION games actually improves your IQ. If you want to get rid of your depression, sports will do the trick.

Need to do something that interests you to help you keep your mind off of things, I don't know what that may be, but I guarantee if you're enjoying yourself, your mind won't be on what's troubling you.

Exercise (Jogging, swimming, weight training etc.) usually clears the mind.
I agree.

Afterwards think about what you can do to better the situation and don't give up. There is a way, it might just be hard to find.

i go out and buy things, buy urself a new pair of jeans and a nice shirt. that always makes me feel better about myself.... but thats only temporary. but seriously just take a step back from ur life and see what it is you really need to start doing. take it day by day, or even minute by minute. set small goals that will get urself moving. if ur accomplishing shit everyday you will start to feel better about yourself. even if you have to set small goals at first and accomplish them - you will feel like your moving foward. simple advice but i think u should take head to it.
