I mean the concentrations of growth hormone in blood plasma, which is how levels are measured. Our pituitary gland makes growth hormone, which allow us to grow, among other things. Acidic diets have been shown to reduce GH plasma levels. Not good.

i don't know too much about cancer or ms, but say with type 1 diabetes the beta islet cells that produce insulin are completely destroyed. there is no change in pH, making the pancreas more basic wont regenerate
there are many parts of our body that have ideal acidic conditions, so is say, stomach cancer cured by putting it into an obviously unhealthy alkaline state?

well see the problem here is,once type 1 diabetes is in a late stage, most if not all the islet cells are gone. this happens because the patient is given drugs to control the diabetes. this does nothing to prevent catabolism of the islet cells. if diabetes is detected in an early stage,and the pH theory is applied,then the islet cells that remain will multiply and bring everything back to normal.
luckily,theres many cures for type 1 diabetes. like, pancreas transplants, islet cell transplants,and genetic manipulation.
basically in genetic manipulation, they insert an insulin gene in the muscle that normally doesnt produce insulin.if the immune system is built up before trying any of these methods,then there will be no immune rejections and everything will go smoothly.see, no drugs were needed.

when i get sick, i never take any medicine. if i get a cold, i take vitamins and minerals. about 8 grams of vitamin c a day. i drink a shake compromised of lemons,parsley,onions,and garlic. believe it when i tell you my cold goes away the same day.
most cold medicines are compromised of guaifenesin which is an expectorant/bronchodilator. this shit is for asthma patients. basically what its doing is opening up those little things in your lungs so you can breathe better. this only gives you a sense that the cold is disappearing,when in reality its still there for a long time. do you wonder why they tell you to take it every 4 hours or so. to keep the same feeling until the time your immune system gets back to normal.
