Why are you talking about all those self-evaluation/self-comforting tests lately? Are you needy? Do you need silly tests based on your own misconeptions about yourself to tell you that you don't suck that much after all to feel better?
1. That first thread was random because a friend asked me to do it.
2. This second one is being administered by my potential future employer. So, it's for a job.
Tell him that you're a master of the tools. And that you can master his tool too.
One thing I've learned from HRM is that those tests and evaluations are pointless. As far as self-evaluation is concerned an attempt to do a simple SWOT analysis is as much as you can do to find out where you are and how to help yourself, especially the S&W part, thinking about skills you have and those you lack, so you can try to fix that if you think that you need them. You are more fair and honest to yourself if you have to take the direct approach instead of answering silly questions that someone came up with, and diagnoses that are usually either far off or represent a fraction of reality.
