Yeah get something Japanese, theyre tough cars.

at least get something reliable and durable. 6000 isnt going to buy you a drop dead gorgeous car nor a performance monster, so make sure you spend it on something reliable and practical :thumb:

if your into modifications try pretty much any honda exception accord cause its more a family car.

almost any ford including pick ups believe it or not. i've seen some nice ones.

mitubishi is really nice too.

I remember my first car. Cost me £1500. A Nova SR. Insurance was £1200.
What a mistake. I wanted the quickest car I could get insured on.
That was 7 years ago though.

Get something fairly new and reliable and build up your no claims bonus.
Jap cars are good. Don't mod it though.
