Houses that size are about $750 - $1 Million down here in Vancouver. I think it's a fair price if you can pay the money. This would be a good place to vacation at.

It needs renovation and it doesn't take a real estate agent in training like myself to tell you that. It's probably the area which sets it up higher. I don't know where that street is in Los Angeles so I can't tell you if it's expensive just because it's from the movie or it's the area.

LMAO@fair price and using it as a vacation home...right!

you could get a house bigger than that in the midwest for a quarter of the price.

if that house wasnt used in the movie it wouldnt be worth more than half a million. then again l.a. cost of living and home prices are retarded so maybe 600,000-800,000

It's all about location. And no it isn't retarded, i'd rather live in that house then in the midwest.

EDIT: 600 to 800 is a big price gap. That house should NOT sell for 600,000 that's WAY too low.

i wouldn't buy it. from some stories i've read, the owners of the house are harassed almost daily by fans wanting to look at the house, driving past at all hours of the night, coming to the door and asking to take a look inside, and apparently it's been broken into and vandalized numerous times. no wonder they're selling it

fuck CA that place needs to fall off the Continental US. Housing is over priced in CA compared to just about anywhere in the us excluding New york RI VA and a few other places. u can get a house triple the size in dallas for far less.
