depends what u mean, never be peace is probably a stronger overall verse lyrically, although the beginning of black cotton especially 'pac rhymes a lot words, somewhat more than usual.

black cotton was the only song off loyal 2 the game i fell in love with, i thought pac murdered that beat.. i liked the beat and i even liked em's chorus and i'm not ashamed to say it. the beat for never b peace on better dayz wasn't too special, the original is much better. but if you're to compare the remixes of both tracks, give me black cotton any day.
