like someone asks you if they look fat

1.you being the nice person you are, say, No you're beautiful

or

2.you being the honest person you are, say, Yes you're fat

Just wanting to see who i have to cross off my list, and who to add for a personal project.

kthnx( a la big easy).

I'm nice rather than tell the truth. There's no right or wrong on this issue. It's not even a moral dilemma. You do what you think is better in the situation at hand.

Always tha truth. Usually I try to b discrete bout it n not necessarily b rude if they're good ppl, but I tell em wat tha real deal is.

Most of the time I would say the truth, but I would try to tone it down abit and be nice about it.

E.g. if someone asked "am I fat?", I wouldn't reply "ye, your a fat cunt". I would go for something like, "Your on the big side, it would be better for you if you lost some kilos". I suppose it depends on the person and on the situation also.

Depends how close they are too me, if its a best mate (male) then yeah i'd lay in hard. They need to know it and sort it out. If it's a girl best mate, i'd edge around the subject as whatever you say, you're going to be hit or the victim of a huge mood swing.

As for my girl, I dunno, again depends how close / long we'd been together. Tell someone in the opening stages of a relationship would destroy their confidence. Maybe after a year, but I'd suggest something like "Why don't we go to the gym together to keep fit" or sumin. lol

yeah, it depends a lot on who it is... if it's someone I care about and he's about to make a big mistake I'll say the truth... but if not, it's the same really, I'll just be nice and don't worry about it

Speak the truth...That doesn't mean you have to be rude about it.

If someone asked me if they looked fat in something and I thought they did...I'd say something like "That doesn't compliment you." Something along those lines. Unless it's my family and then I'll say "WTF are you wearing?"
