I could say "Yeah I have a couple" to fit in but I don't know what the fuck a beauty spot is so plz elaborate.
Small "blemishes" or dark spots on the skin. Not warts, freckles or large dark patches.

Can you see it on her cheek bone?

It's called a mole.

I think they're only called 'beauty spots' when they're on your cheek/around your mouth.

It's a benign tumor.

They are called Moles.

And if you are finding new 1's it's probably a bit of dirt that got caught under your skin, or the skin grew over a cut you never cleaned properly. I have that on my hands.

And also a tiny bit of dirt got caught under a cut on my lip, so I have a new mark there too.

As for moles, I have a few little one's.

Surley everyone has a different definition of everything, I can respect that. But:

A mole to me is a little lump on the skin; rumour has it that they don't stop bleeding if you try to cut them off, or pick at them.

My beauty spots have no lump, and like to dissappear/appear on different places on my body; like warts do on my hands. I must be special, not in a concieted sort of way.

Maybe they have something to do with the sun? I've had them appear whilst I've been on holiday before, although they usually stay and don't disappear afterwards. They aren't moles though, because moles are raised, like a bump on the skin, these are completely flat and just a mark on the skin right?

They're the same thing. Lump or not, it's a mole. They're called beauty marks when people think they enhance your beauty but it's still a mole.
So 'beauty mark' is a subjective term used to describe some moles.

If they don't stop bleeding it can be a sign of skin cancer. Like I said before, they're benign tumors but can become malignant.
