A Question for you Keco?

what have you been eating lately. if you eat fatty and greasy foods around the time you go to bed. that will affect your brain waves, which causes you to have nightmares. also if your watching Horror Movies around the time you go to bed. your mind is absorbing that in subliminaly. which will cause you to have nightmares. (TRY to watch a non violent movie) a Good Comedy or a Cartoon. your mind will absorb that which will push the evil movies out.

eating habits. snack on some fruit or vegtables while watching the movie, drink a couple of bottled waters. lay off the chips and the Pop.

i would have nightmares from watching too much Friday the 13th films. i would wake up scared from Jason chasing me. i had to get rid of the bad dreams. so i would watch old Bugs Bunny cartoons. AND I finally quit having the nightmares

Just Remember "Garbage in Garbage Out". OH.. one more thing try to get enough sleep at night too. 7 to 9 hours. i know theres people that wish they could sleep that long. but if your in a postion to do it. go 4 it. (HOPE THIS INFO HELPS) ;)

I don't eat fatty foods or drink soda...The only thing I eat after 6pm is cereal.

It's usually when I'm stressed...or I'll start worrying about something and then I can't stop.

I don't remember many of dreams maybe but its usually a bad dream of some sorts when I do, I have a lot dreams where I wake up in a cold sweat.

But its not to surprising theres alot of things on my mind and a lot of other things you try and put behind u but unfortunatly you have no control over your mind when u sleep so those tend to surface more for me when I sleep I suppose.

For some reason... I can never remember any details of my "bad dreams" I just wake up feeling really unsettled and like something is wrong.... but I don't know what or why. However it usually goes away within a few moments of actually being awake.

I can't remember the last time I had a dream let alone a nightmare. Either I just don't dream or their too insignificant to remember the morning after.
