Well.. I work a lot downtown in appartment buildings.. and let me tell you.. you really don't want an apt. I'd say look for a basement apt. cheaper and probably in better condition.

I'm not sure of anything in specific close to George Brown... but if you hit me up on MSN... perhaps I could give you some help

nice, congratulations :thumb:

i was planning on going there, but i'm going to humber instead which is too far from everything. Anyways sorry i don't know where you could live, but in Toronto the public transportation is amazing and it will get you as far as you need. This in case you can't find a place within walking distance. Like me Humber is all the way to the east of where i live but i need to take only 2 buses and i'm there sooner than later.

they are building new apartments on spadina as well as on bay st (they are probably done by now).....pretty damn expensive though, youre probably better off getting something a bit out of downtown and taking the TTC to get around. Just remember weekends mean you should be on Richmond St. !! (Club scene).

You are moving to Toronto from Jordan? You need to get your head checked.
And moving to America is any better?

While we do have our fair share of problems here in Toronto and throughout Canada, it's still a better decision then moving to America.

And don't even get me started. The only comments you Americans make are the stereotypical ones.

Don't waste your finger strength please.

Peace

You don't know what the fuck you're talking about. Since you brought it up, I could personally care less if someone chooses Canada or USA, that wasn't even my point. USA and Canada are the same damn thing. Canada is nothing but our 51st state. I've been to Canada. It ain't no different except for the people and shitty tv stations.

I was saying moving to a boring Canada from exotic Jordan is crazy, to me anyway. But if the dude can't stay, its whatever.

Hey I agree that we are the 51st state but Toronto is not boring, the rest of canada may perhaps, but downtown toronto is not boring at all, and yea we do have shitty tv stations up here, where did you visit in canada?

Toronto and Niagra Falls. lol. Canada as a whole is boring as is America. Of course there are cities that are live in each.

Yea for sure man, other than a few cities canada is pretty much an extension of states like wyoming and idaho, or maine, etc.... but as long as you know the right places to party and have fun it doesnt really matter where you are.

and to the guy moving to toronto, make sure you dont get an apartment on church street, the location might be good seeing that its 2 minutes away from ryerson and the eaton's center, but unless you are comfortable being around hundreds of gays all day and night you should stay away as they pretty much all live there, lol.
