Allen Hughes has reached a deal with the estate of Tupac Shakur that will grant him full access to all of the late rap icon's recordings and writings — part of his plan to direct and executive produce a five-part docuseries on Shakur.

Seems he got a lot of permission's to get this project done.

Back in 2007, Steve McQueen was to create a 2pac documentary. Safe to say its probably dead now.

Interesting that this article comes after the art dialogue posted this video yesterday.

Gobi's response, 'dude only got the legal paperwork. The rest of what he says is total garbage. Having said that. I did fight the estate in federal court for 4 years and the ending was less then desired. I guess Pac & God want me to be far more resourceful.'
