there are many people who get called biggie smalls, hell i even know 2/3 people who gte called that locally.

and shock was probably saying what he said to make 2pac sound smarter that he really was. shock makes references to pac having the concept of releasing this shit if hes dead and releasing some other shit if notrious big dead. he was strecthing. but hey he still fooled alotta people.
