About the insurance rates, here in Canada (Ontario) young drivers have high rates yes, but can get a discount if they go to driving school. Isn't the same in the U.S?

a friend of mine just turned 20 and bought a car,i called insurance for him and got him insurance for $74 a month lol.thats fuckin cheap.but its one way,and a mill coverage.
