Or maybe you got another press of the BD album, with Street Life on it

I'm pretty sure it was produced by Daz. I remember reading that somewhere and it does makes sense. I also believe that being a Daz beat that that is the reason it probably wouldn't get released officially in its current og form. And yes, I do believe that 1996 is the correct year of production, however I don't know anything beyond that. Hope this helps answer your question.
