drink a shitload of water,it will dilute whatever is in ur system. ur gonna be pissing like crazy.
take a diereutic, like caffeine, the pills are like $5 for 100. take about a gram a caffeine spread out through the day,drink a shitload of water. this will make you piss every 5 minutes the whole day,but this will get rid of anything.

the only thing that this method will probably take out is steroids cuz those fuck up the endocrine system.
