Pac haters....

Hahaha, some of my friends r what u can call "2pac-haters". Although I think hiphop-haters is a better word. They're U2 fans..... 
We've had discussions about it, even showed them Tupac: resurrection, didn't help much though.
I don't agree on what Lyricaldisguise said before: I feel here in Holland people don't know much about Pac. That's why people r pretty prejudiced. Like "Ain't he the guy who faked his own death?". And that kind of questions. It is more a lack of knowledge than hate. Holland doesn't have much of a "hiphop-culture". It's more like rock (U2, Keane, that kind of bands) and Dance/ Trance (Tiesto, etc.)

one of my friends is into Pac i showed him alot of his music, but one of my other friends just always makes jokes and he refuses to believe that he was a goood rapper. He continues listening to Lil Jon and 50 cent.

Naw, I aint trying to clown anyone. Believe me, when I clown people, I dont do it in some round about bitch way. If I wanna clown someone, im gonna do it straight up. So no.....
and what is it exactly that you find funny? Every artist got some haters, but I made this thread just to see what everyone's experiences with them are, and if they see them more on the net or in person. As I said before, I live in Cali and you dont find too many Pac haters here. That why I was saying that when I started surfing the internet a few years ago, I was shocked at the amount of Pac haters out there. Because out here he is like a hip hop God. When I got on the net in like 98' or 99', I thought I walked into the twilight zone.

There are a hell of alot of Pac haters over at www.worldwideconnected.com/board . It's like the 'cool' thing to do over there, talk about how Pac was lacking talent, and then call every one of his fans a 'Stan'.

Yeh! I do encounter them quite a bit! Especially the females who have only heard like, 1 or 2 of his tracks. But once you introduce them sensitive songs pac did, they become a fan. In this part of England. 2Pac has a pretty big fan-base, and alot of die hard Eminem fans, think Pac is an overall better artist out of the 2(only the ones who have heard more than one song from Pac lol). So yeh, of course I come accross them, but not THAT much. You know, at the end of the day, its there opinion, so you know, its cool. You have to accept that not everyone likes rap. Some don't like 2Pac, some don't like Eminem and so on....Its the way it is. People have different tastes in music. Some hate the sensitive type of music, but love the Biggie style type of music. It is what it is.
